About us

BIMATEX was founded in 1976 and since 2001 BIMATEX has been a part of the Dierig Group. The business model mostly consists of international trading business with grey fabric for the home textile market and the development and marketing of contract textiles.

BIMATEX offers a wide textile program with origins in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The Textiles are mostly merchandised in the EU. Given that BIMATEX serves as an EU-residential-Importer our customers can use all the benefits of being in the Single European Market: You minimize the inventory and credit risk as well as your purchasing expense, without abstaining from the attractive prices of our imported goods.

Besides the purchasing of textiles BIMATEX takes care of all following duties like financing, logistics, customs handling, import license and stock keeping.

Furthermore BIMATEX provides grey fabric for the bedding associations of the Dierig-Group (fleuresse and Kaeppel), so they are able to benefit from a backed reference source. Our suppliers are being checked locally by our own employees.

Trading with Grey Fabric


Bimatex specializes in grey fabric for the home textile market as well as fabric for bed linen, pillow cases, draperies and tapestry. Also fashionable products like women’s and men’s wear qualities can be manufactured. With our excellent knowledge we have plenty kinds of fabric in storage, furthermore we produce custom-made fabrics.
